Registered Nurse Wards Full Time Fixed Term Contract Hull

Spire Hull and East Riding are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Nurse to support the Wards - This is a full time fixed term position for 6 months.

Spire Hull and East Riding Hospital is based in Anlaby near Humber Bridge and the hospital provides care for patients across East Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire. Our hospital offers a range of services and procedures including orthopaedic general surgery weight loss surgery eye surgery and cosmetic surgery. Other services include radiology - MRI and CT and physiotherapy. We believe its our people that really set us apart we work with the very best medical professionals and our colleagues are an attentive and highly experienced team.

Duties and responsibilities

Working within a highly supportive team you will be responsible for assessing patients health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload on one of our busy surgical wards assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patients needs. You provide post-operative care such as wound dressing IVs and drains. You will have the opportunity to develop your own knowledge and skills and that of others whilst promoting best practice in health and safety and security.

Who were looking for

• Be NMC registered - your pin should not have any restrictions or conditions
• Have a minimum of 6 months post-graduation Hospital experience.
• Have been employed in surgical or acute settings
• You will have excellent communication organisation and provide the best quality of patient care.
