Requirements- Current complex care experience
- Community nursing background
- Confident tracheostomy skills
- Strong clinical leadership, guidance and support to nursing and care staff
- Experience conducting clinical assessments and developing individualized care plans
- A collaborative, positive approach and commitment to supporting colleagues
- Full driving licence and access to your own car
