Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) – Temporary Agency Contract
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join an Adult Mental Health Community Team in Hull on a temporary agency contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated mental health professional with strong community experience to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality care to service users within the community.
Location: Hull
Salary: £27.00 p/h (Ltd. Umbrella)
Contract: 12‑Week Contract | Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm
Key Responsibilities- Administering depot medication within the local community
- Supporting adults with complex mental health needs
- Medication ordering and management
- Carrying out mental health assessments and risk assessments
- Care planning, caseload management and clinical documentation
- Working closely with MDT professionals and external agencies
- Updating and maintaining records using System One
- Valid NMC registration as a registered mental nurse
- Previous experience working as a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
- Experience administering depot medication
- Working knowledge of System One
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
