Northern Healthcare is seeking a Staff Nurse (RMN) to join our unit in Hull. The post holder will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for service users aged 18+ with Learning Disability or Mental Health needs in an enhanced supported living environment.
You will deliver evidence-based interventions, liaise with multiple disciplines, and provide support to the team to ensure smooth unit operation. Mon-Fri working hours with optional on-call and no unsociable hours.
