Staff Nurse - Critical Care Unit

Staff nurse post on the Critical Care Unit at Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, a fixed-term role for 12 months. The work centres on specialist nursing care for critically ill patients and their families, delivered to NMC standards using evidence-based practice, while helping the unit run smoothly. The unit runs intensive care and high dependency beds, and the post includes a rotation through all critical care areas, including nights.

Visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route is available, subject to UKVI criteria.

• Provide specialist nursing care to critically ill patients and their families
• Deliver high standards of evidence-based, patient-centred care

• Recent acute nursing experience, minimum 12 months post registration
