An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to take the next step in their career through a unique practice ownership and partnership opportunity in Hull. This role is ideal for an ambitious Veterinary Surgeon who is looking to combine clinical leadership with the long-term rewards of owning and growing a successful veterinary practice.

Leading a well-established small animal practice, the successful candidate will oversee clinical standards, mentor and develop the veterinary team, and deliver exceptional patient and client care. The practice is well-equipped with modern facilities, including ECG, an in-house laboratory, digital X-ray, ultrasound and more, providing everything needed to deliver high-quality medicine and surgery.

The partnership package offers guaranteed minimum drawings of £75,000 during the early stages, monthly profit share, and the potential to earn £110,000+ per year

The ideal candidate will be an RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong clinical skills, previous leadership or mentoring experience, and the ambition to inspire a high-performing team while growing a successful business.
