The Department of Forestry is seeking a Sussex Nursery Technician for a part-time Pine nursery, where the pace is fast and tasks vary daily. Responsibilities include counting trees to ensure correct bundles, weighing stock, watering cold storages, and placing rubber bands on the trees.
Some duties are outside in various weather conditions. Applicants should be willing to perform repetitive tasks, lift up to 60 pounds, and adapt to occasional weekend work.
