Manpower is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Senior Team Leader in Chislehurst to oversee local contracts and lead a small team, delivering high-quality grounds maintenance, including mowing, hedge work, planting and spraying. The position is permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week, starting at 07:30.
The ideal candidate will have strong horticulture knowledge, prior team leadership experience, PA1/PA2/PA6 spraying qualifications, solid IT skills, and a valid UK driving licence.
