Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Car: Own car and full UK Drivers licence required

Our client, an independent multi-branch estate agency with market dominance in the Merton borough, is currently recruiting for an experienced AST Property Manager to join their expanding team in the Wimbledon area.

The AST Property Manager is required due to the expansion of the existing Property Manager team, driven by the continued growth and success of our client’s fully managed portfolio.

The role requires the new Property Manager to form part of an existing team of 2 property managers, with the additional support of 2 part-time staff, all of whom are collectively responsible for the management of circa 350 properties across the borough of Merton.

• Liaising with tenants and landlords
• Managing tenancy agreements and renewals
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Arranging payments of contractor invoices
• Ensuring compliance with property laws and regulations
• Carrying out rent collections
• Conducting property inspections
• Arranging check-ins and checkouts

• A minimum of 1 year A0consistent experience as an AST property manager within estate agency, carrying out the duties mentioned above
• Experience with in the South West London market preferred but not essential
• Previous experience in conducting property inspections required
• Full UK Drivers licence and own car (fuel allowance and free office parking provided)
• The AST Property Manager must live within a 45 minute commute of Wimbledon by car during rush hour

• Personable, friendly and able to build and develop relationships with colleagues, landlords and tenants
• Excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate confidently
• Exceptional personal presentation
• Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks
• Ability to work collectively as part of a team in the management of one large portfolio
