Location: Kingston upon Hull
Westmorland and Furness Council is seeking an Estates and Investment Assistant to join the Estates Team. Location options include Barrow, Kendal or Penrith (to be agreed), with a fixed term maternity cover of 14 months.
You will support a diverse property portfolio, carrying out property inspections, tenant liaison and assist with acquisitions, disposals and valuation programmes. This role offers development opportunities, a supportive team and the chance to gain professional qualifications
