Monday – Thursday, 9am – 6pm, Friday 9am- 5.30pm and work every other Saturday 9.30am

With an extensive portfolio of residential properties and an in-depth knowledge of the London lettings market, they pride themselves on providing a professional, tailored service to landlords and tenants alike.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven Lettings Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career. Duties of Lettings Negotiator role will include:
Conducting viewings and letting properties Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database Listing Properties Liaising with clients, landlords and tenants Providing applicants and landlords with regular feedback Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business Registering applicants Matching properties to applicants needs Negotiating and closing deals Being proactive and willing to demonstrate skills to seek and retain business

Person Specification:

The successful candidate must possess:
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills Previous experience in lettings or sales Excellent written and oral communication skills A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic approach Desire to meet and exceed targets Self-motivation with a `can do` attitude High accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work on your own as well as in a team Intermediate MS Word, Excel, & Outlook skills If you are interested in this Experienced Lettings Negotiator position and would like to know more,  or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis.
