Salary:
Up to £13.05 per hour (dependent on age and experience)

• Welcome customers with a smile and create a friendly, positive first impression.
• Respond to customer questions, feedback, and concerns professionally and proactively.
• Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and food to our brand’s high standards.
• Operate the till and handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the store, including front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house areas.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver efficient service, especially during busy periods.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and management to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Take initiative to step in and address issues, support colleagues, or work flexibly when gaps are identified.
• Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude in every interaction.
• Support other reasonable duties as directed by the manager.

Our journey began back in 2011, when we opened our very first store in our home village of Lymm. Fast forward 14 years, and we’re preparing to open our next location, with even more on the horizon!
