ASK Italian offers a bespoke Level 3 Apprenticeship to launch your career as a Sous Chef, with the potential to progress to a full-time role. The programme combines training with hands-on production experience in a busy kitchen.
Starting as a Chef / Chef Team Member, you’ll earn up to £14.21 per hour (including benefits) with a £12.71 base rate plus £1.50 per hour tronc on average. ASK Italian supports your journey with comprehensive development and inclusive team culture.
