Newcastle and Stafford Colleges Group (NSCG) is seeking an experienced catering assistant to join the Institute of Technology team. You will work in a busy kitchen, preparing and cooking a range of foods and serving students and staff.]
duties include ordering goods, keeping areas clean, and supervising junior catering staff. A Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate and NVQ Level 2 in Food Preparation and Cooking are required.
