The Wateredge Inn in Ambleside, part of the Inn Collection Group, is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead kitchen teams and showcase fresh, quality ingredients under the Head Chef's guidance.
You will contribute to menu development and costing, manage stock and ordering, and ensure fast, accurate service in a busy lakeside kitchen. The role includes accommodation for colleagues, with visa and sponsorship support available.
