Hand Picked Hotels’ Fermain Valley Hotel in Guernsey is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to take ownership of a designated kitchen section and help deliver an exceptional culinary experience for guests.
You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, maintain high hygiene standards, manage mise en place, support junior team members, and participate in private dining and events. The role is full-time, five days a week, 45 hours.
