Location: Kingston upon Hull
Da Costa, part of Artfarm, is seeking a Sous Chef to ensure quality food preparation and presentation for all dishes across Da Costa and Roth Bar. You will support the Head Chef, lead the kitchen team, and help develop and retain chefs to uphold top standards.
The role offers 45 hours per week, typically Wednesday to Sunday, with tronc included as part of the compensation. Salary ranges from £40,000 to £45,000 per annum with additional estimated service charge, reflecting a premium for quality
