Night Chef de Partie – Hull
Pay: £15.15 per hour + 95p/hour night enhancement
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, 5 over 7 (night shifts)

We’re looking for a talented and driven Night Chef de Partie to join our food-loving team at a busy, high-profile workplace kitchen in Hull
. Whether you’re searing, sautéing, or seasoning you’ll be at the heart of creating vibrant, wholesome dishes that fuel people through their night shifts. If you're a foodie with flair and focus, this is your moment to shine.
- Crafting fresh, delicious dishes to spec and standard
- Running a section confidently during night service
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with prep and service
- Upholding food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organisation
- Helping train and mentor junior night kitchen staff
- Keeping the kitchen cool under pressure during service
- A qualified chef with solid experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Passionate about quality ingredients and beautiful plating
- Cool, calm, and collected during service
- Food Hygiene Level 2 (or willing to obtain)
- A night shift pro — or eager to become one!
