This is a hands‑on leadership role where no two days are the same. You’ll take ownership of the shop floor, driving performance, supporting your team, and delivering a great customer experience every day.

It’s a permanent, full‑time role, and as part of the store management team, will require flexibility required across days, evenings, and weekends.

• Take charge of the shop floor, keeping standards high and customers happy
• Lead, energise and support your team to perform at their best
• Drive sales and KPIs, spotting opportunities to improve performance
• Stay one step ahead, plan, adapt and react to the pace of the day
• Help your team grow through coaching, feedback and support

• Experience leading a team in fast‑paced retail or hospitality
• A natural ability to motivate, coach and inspire others
• Pride in maintaining high store and merchandising standards
• Strong focus on results, targets and customer experience
• A hands‑on attitude — you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves!
