Location: Kingston upon Hull
Marks & Spencer is seeking a Shift Lead to coordinate fill operations and drive readiness for trading on the shop floor. You will manage resources during peak periods, lead the team, ensure a fast payment experience, and uphold store presentation and safety standards.
You will act as a role model for customer service and M&S behaviours, support the Colleague Managers, and be a key holder for opening/closing duties. This frontline role requires commitment and team spirit.
