Rituals is seeking a Regional Trainer to support frontline retail teams across London and the South, delivering training to build product knowledge, selling skills, and customer experience standards. This field-based role involves 3–4 days in stores weekly, with some overnight stays and potential weekend work.
You will manage the full learning cycle, coaching store teams, evaluating training impact, and recommending learning solutions to improve store performance.
