Night Replenishment, Supermarket Assistant

About the Role

As a Supermarket Assistant, you'll help our customers experience the difference in every visit, providing the Partner‑led service and passion for food that our competitors can’t compete with.

• Stock replenishment – ensuring shelves are full and products are in the right place at the right time.
• Fulfilling online customer orders ready for drivers to deliver directly to their doors.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns for items approaching sell‑by dates.
• Supporting the wider shop team – checkout support, managing Click & Collect orders and fulfilling on‑demand customer orders.
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment with general shop‑keeping tasks.

• Strong communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers.

• Experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends.
• Flexible approach to support the whole branch.

• Pay: £13.00 per hour (£13.25 after 90 days) with a night premium of £3.75 per hour for work between 22:00 – 06:00.

  18 hours of part‑time work across seven days, including weekends.
