Location: Kingston upon Hull
Freedom Leisure is seeking an enthusiastic Welcome Team Manager to lead the Reception, Café and Retail operations across its centres. You will deliver a warm, professional welcome, manage a high‑performing team and drive high standards in customer service, catering, retail and memberships.
The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness and a proven ability to develop staff while delivering against income and profitability targets. 37 hours per week on a rota basis.
