Location:
Tunbridge Wells Basic Salary: £18-20,000 (D.O.E) | OTE: £50,000–£55,000 (Uncapped) Enjoy One Weekend Off Every Month! Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales process Achieve personal and team sales targets consistently Sell vehicles as well as add-on products, including Finance, Insurance, and Warranties Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach at all times Follow up with leads, manage enquiries, and ensure high standards of presentation
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a main dealer sales role Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets Strong interpersonal and selling skills A positive, driven, and energetic personality Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Full, clean UK driving licence
