Location: Kingston upon Hull
Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to join our UK sales team. The role focuses on generating pipeline in Europe and engaging with senior sales leaders.
You will prospect via cold calling, email, and Linked In, qualify opportunities, and collaborate with an Account Executive to convert pipeline. Fluency in German, Italian or Spanish is required.
A STEM degree and prior sales or customer-facing experience are welcomed and valued by the team.
