Field Sales Executive – Hull

Permanent contract, 40 hours per week Monday – Friday 12:00 pm – 7:30 pm. Starting pay: £27,976 per annum.

Commission paid weekly. Overtime available on weekends. Earn extra bonus.

• Brand Ambassador for McQueen’s Dairies, sharing our company story with new audiences and maintaining a professional presence in public.
• Build rapport with customers, adapting approach to the individual.
• Strong knowledge of products and delivery service.
• Objection handling: recognise objections and steer the conversation in a different direction to overcome them. Answer questions about our products and services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for both new customers and customer retention.

• Coordinate with your team leader to understand the map locations to canvass.
• Clearly explain to the customer our service. If they sign up, clarify the next steps.
• Accurately obtain customer contact details and product order. Enter data onto our CRM system.
• Distribute leaflets that outline the service and products we offer.
• Eliminate the risk of complaints by providing an excellent customer service and an accurate sales pitch.

• Highly self‑motivated.
• Strong English verbal communication skills.
• Confident engaging with the public and speaking to new people.
• Previous experience in customer services or a sales environment would be beneficial.
