Job Title: Internal Sales Advisor
Location: Pocklington, Hull or Scarborough
Salary: From £30,000 per annum

The Opportunity:

As an Internal Sales professional, you'll play a key role in:

• Processing customer enquiries and sales orders received via telephone and email.

• Building strong relationships with allocated customer accounts and providing an excellent customer experience.

• Monitoring sales back orders and keeping customers informed throughout the order process.

• Supporting the external sales team with promotional activity and customer opportunities.

• Raising purchase orders and preparing competitive quotations, including tender submissions.
Your work will directly contribute to delivering outstanding customer service while supporting continued business growth and long-term customer partnerships.

About You:
We're looking for someone who can bring:

• Previous experience in an internal sales, sales support or customer service role.

• Strong communication skills with the confidence to build positive customer relationships.

• Excellent organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• A proactive approach with strong attention to detail.

• A collaborative mindset, willingness to support colleagues and a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.

• Experience with in engineering, industrial distribution or technical products would be advantageous but is not essential.

• Full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week.
