The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating sales, managing customer enquiries and developing strong relationships with both new and existing customers.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and converting incoming sales leads effectively
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
• Providing an exceptional level of customer service throughout the sales process
• Responding to customer queries in a professional and positive manner
• Understanding customer requirements and providing tailored solutions
• Following up leads proactively to maximise sales opportunities
• Supporting the resolution of after-sales queries and complaints
• Maintaining accurate customer and sales records
• Working closely with colleagues to achieve team and individual targets
• Promoting company values, procedures and best practices
• Ensuring all customer information is handled professionally and confidentially

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys building genuine relationships with customers.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a sales, customer service or account management environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, confident and outgoing personality
• The ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions
• A proactive and target-driven approach
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help customers
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and email
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A flexible approach to working hours when required
• A smart and professional appearance
