KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is recorded correctly.
Prepare and issue quotations, sales orders, and other sales documentation.
Manage the Hub Spot CRM, including deal creation, uploads, allocation, maintenance, and ensuring customer records remain accurate and up to date.
Allocate inbound enquiries and sales opportunities to the appropriate sales representatives in accordance with company processes.
Maintain customer records, pricing information, contacts, and sales data across company systems.
Monitor sales pipelines and support the sales team by ensuring CRM data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely and professional support.
Liaise with operations, logistics, finance, and the sales team to ensure the smooth progression of customer orders and projects.
Monitor order progress and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Identify and resolve customer or operational issues, escalating where appropriate.
Produce routine sales reports and CRM data to support management reporting and business performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO
9001 procedures, and service standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales administration processes, CRM data quality, and customer experience.
Undertake any other reasonable duties requested by the Business Operations Manager or Executive Directors.

Able to work collaboratively across multiple departments
