Location: Kingston upon Hull
Centellic is seeking an ambitious Commissions and Targets Manager to join our Commercial Finance team. You will own the Sales target setting process and commissions schemes, collaborating with Commercial Finance, Sales leadership and senior stakeholders across the group.
You will lead the end-to-end commission cycle, develop policy documentation, and turn data into actionable insights to support growth and accountability.
