Senior Sales Negotiator Salary: £40-50k OTE
Location:
Chelmsford My client is looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator with a proven track record in winning valuations. Looking to further your career in property and estate agency, they are looking for individuals who want to be part of their development & management programme. Requirements :
Working closely with prospective buyers and vendors to develop engaging client relationships Handling viewing appointments and supporting the offer process Sales progression Work closely with inhouse Mortgage & Protection Advisors to support cross selling activity. Similarly with the internal lettings teams also At least 24 months experience as a sales negotiator essential Attributes :
Self-motivated and target driven Hardworking, personable, professional, and commercially minded Good computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly Excellent communication skills.
