Meeting and Events Sales Manager

As our Meetings & Events Sales Office Manager, you are the commercial driver of these spaces. You will handle every enquiry professionally, proactively hunt for new business, and ensure flawless administration.

We trust you to handle:

• The Commercial Strategy: Drive the M&E budget. You will cater packages for all clients and replace guesswork with quantifiable application velocity metrics to forecast accurately.
• The Execution: Deliver absolute attention to detail. Ensure all event administration is flawless and communicated to operations with total precision.
• The Leadership: Manage a high performing team. You will navigate defensiveness to coach your staff, review wage costs using TnA, and foster commercial awareness.
• The Internal Bridge: Protect the operation. Ensure seamless communication with the GM and front of house teams so they can actually execute the dream your team just sold.
