Account Manager

Build brilliant customer relationships, spot opportunities and help ambitious businesses get even more from products trusted around the world. Vuba is looking for an Account Manager who can combine commercial drive with a genuinely helpful, customer-first approach.

In this role, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers and partners, taking the time to understand their needs and helping them find the right Vuba solutions. You’ll look after existing accounts while identifying opportunities to develop them, and you’ll play an important part in creating positive experiences that encourage customers to keep coming back.

Based at Vuba’s Marina location in Hull, you’ll work closely with colleagues across the business to keep opportunities moving and make sure customers receive a consistent, high-quality service. You’ll be joining a fast-growing team where good ideas, initiative and a willingness to get stuck in are valued.

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a portfolio of customers and business partners.
• Understand each account’s goals, challenges and potential, and tailor your approach accordingly.
• Respond to enquiries, provide clear product information and help customers move confidently through the sales process.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business through thoughtful, proactive conversations.
• Prepare quotes, follow up on opportunities and keep accurate records of activity, discussions and next steps.
• Work with internal teams to coordinate customer requirements and resolve queries promptly.
• Keep up to date with Vuba’s products, market activity and customer feedback, sharing useful insights with colleagues.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and represent the brand with confidence and professionalism.

• Experience in account management, sales or another customer-facing commercial role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to speak with people at different levels.
• A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage competing priorities and follow through on commitments.
• Commercial awareness and a natural curiosity about how to help customers succeed.
• Confidence using everyday digital tools and keeping customer information accurate.
• A positive, adaptable attitude and the motivation to learn about our products and industry.
