Airco is seeking an experienced service engineer with a positive and pro‑active approach to ensure effective service delivery to our clients. The role includes planned and preventative maintenance and responding to service calls for a wide range of sectors such as pharmaceuticals, petrochemical, telecoms, education, IT, retail, healthcare and local authorities.

• Mobile engineer attending service calls.
• Diagnose, identify faults and failures with equipment and systems, providing effective solutions.
• Carry out routine planned preventative maintenance.
• Work to the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
• Conduct and promote best practice.
• Participate in the 24‑hour call‑out rota.
• Assist in site surveys, reports and quotes for new & existing customers.

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, F‑Gas/EN 378 compliant.
• Proficient technical knowledge in refrigeration & electrical principles.
• Hands‑on experience with VRV systems, cold rooms, close control units, chilled water systems and chillers.
• Fault‑finding experience on a range of equipment, including data centre cooling & water chillers.
• Good understanding of industry standards, legislation and compliance requirements.
