Make a Real Difference - Social Worker (Kinship Fostering) | £35 per hour | Hull City Council
Hull City Council is recruiting a Locum Social Worker to join their Fostering - Kinship Assessment Team within Children's Services. This role focuses on completing kinship and connected persons assessments, supporting children to remain safely within their family networks.
Key responsibilities:
Completing viability and full kinship fostering assessments
Undertaking connected persons assessments
Producing high-quality court and panel reports
Working with families and partner agencies to support permanence and safeguarding
