What you will do:

Lead and manage the Duty and Assessment Social Work Team to ensure effective service delivery. Oversee case assessments and provide guidance to ensure they align with regional standards and policies. Support and develop team members through coaching and supervision. Collaborate with partner agencies and stakeholders to facilitate comprehensive support services. Regularly review team performance and implement improvements where necessary. Manage complex cases and make critical decisions to ensure child welfare and safeguarding.

Ensure compliance with statutory and departmental requirements. Report on team activities and outcomes to senior management.
