Santander UK is seeking an Incident and Crisis Support professional in Milton Keynes to coordinate and manage incidents and crisis events under the Major Incident and Crisis Manager. You will provide operational and administrative support to ensure incidents are handled within agreed processes and timescales.
You will log and track incidents, support triage, communicate with stakeholders, and help with post-incident reviews, while guiding less experienced colleagues.
