Location: Kingston upon Hull
North Somerset Council is seeking a dedicated Homeless Prevention Officer to assess and support individuals and families at risk of homelessness. You will manage a caseload, apply the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017, and develop Personal Housing Plans tailored to each household's circumstances.
You will work within a hybrid setting, balancing in-office duties with remote tasks, and collaborate across agencies to deliver effective housing solutions and safeguarding for clients.
