Change Grow Live is seeking a Specialist Recovery Worker in Hull to help individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of losing housing. You will deliver culturally sensitive, trauma-informed one-to-one interventions and recovery planning for non-UK nationals, advocating for service users and coordinating with local services.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to assess needs, support access to treatment options, and regularly review recovery plans to reduce barriers to housing
