What you will do
  • Caseload Management: Manage a varied caseload of children, young people, and families requiring statutory intervention.
  • Assessment: Undertake assessments in line with legislation and local procedures.

  • Safeguarding: Identify and manage risks, ensuring effective child protection measures are in place.
  • Multi-Agency Working: Collaborate with education, health, police, and other partners to deliver coordinated support.
  • Report Writing: Prepare high-quality assessments and court reports, presenting evidence where required.
  • Relationship Building: Engage with families to promote positive change and improve outcomes.
  • Professional Practice: Maintain Social Work England registration and engage in supervision and CPD.
