Leaders in Care is recruiting a Safeguarding Social Worker for the South Coast. This role offers flexible hybrid working, low caseloads, and strong management support to help you maintain a healthy work‑life balance.
You will safeguard children and support families through CIN and CP work, with limited court duties and a focus on relationship‑based social work. A 6‑month minimum contract and ongoing training are included.
