Location: Kingston upon Hull
Clarion Housing Group in Medway, Kent is seeking a dedicated Support Officer to join our Younger People's service. You will work 36 hours per week in a permanent role, helping young people aged 16–24 to gain confidence, independence, and active lives in supported housing and community settings.
You will adopt a person-centred, therapeutic approach, create programmes, and travel as required across regions. The role requires UK eligibility and readiness for enhanced safeguarding checks.
