Alzheimer's Society is seeking a Community Support Adviser in Hull. This hospital-based role involves listening empathetically, advocating for patients living with dementia, and coordinating with hospital teams to ensure care aligns with individuals’ wishes.
You will work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm with some flexibility, and no prior dementia experience is required as full training is provided. A 12-month fixed-term contract is offered with a salary of £25,391 per annum.
