Snap Care is seeking a Waking Night Support Worker for a 15-year-old with cerebral palsy in GL54. The role involves overnight care on Fridays, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with potential daytime hours during school holidays and starts ASAP.
You will support personal care, mobility and communication, providing calm reassurance and clear communication. Full training is provided, including therapist input, with a flexible approach to family life.
