We’re looking for an experienced Personal Trainer who can deliver a genuinely personalised fitness experience and build strong relationships with residents.

You’ll be responsible for delivering a first-class personal training service, helping residents achieve their health and fitness goals while ensuring the gym remains safe, welcoming and impeccably maintained.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating and delivering bespoke personal training programmes for residents.
• Proactively providing fitness training, advice and support to residents using the gym.
• Monitoring residents’ progress and providing constructive, motivating feedback.
• Advising on diet, lifestyle and healthy living to support individual training goals.
• Demonstrating the safe and correct use of gym equipment.
• Monitoring equipment use and addressing any issues to maintain a safe environment.
• Ensuring the gym is clean, sanitised and free from health and safety hazards.

• At least 2 years’ personal training experience within a premium health club or similar environment.
• A minimum Level 3 REPs/CIMSPA qualification.
• A genuine passion for health, fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• A strong work ethic and determination to succeed.
• The flexibility to work around the needs of residents.
• The ability to work independently with a freelance mentality, while also being a committed member of the wider team.
