Compensation: £29,000 - £34,000 / year
Salary: £29,000 per annum with potential to progress up to £34,000 per annum.
Company Bonus Scheme: £1,500 per annum based on performance;
OTE earnings: £30,500 for year 1.
Job Type: Full Time, permanent role
Experience: Musical experience required; no teaching experience required.
Transport: UK/EU driving licence and own transport essential. Travel premium payments for longer journeys and fuel card included.
Holiday: 11+ weeks paid holiday a year.
Role description: This travelling role will primarily provide cover and catch‑up lessons in Rocksteady schools across Hull and surrounding counties, with occasional travel outside the region. Travel and accommodation expenses will be provided.
Responsibilities- Ensure a consistent experience by providing cover and catch‑up lessons throughout the year.
- Assess the needs of children and schools and provide high‑quality lessons in various situations.
- Create and maintain ongoing positive relationships with schools requiring cover and catch‑up lessons.
- Stay current with administrative duties outside of lessons.
- Support new Band Leaders in the area, maintaining quality standards in the region.
- Use fuel card for business mileage.
- Competent on at least two of: drums, guitar, bass, keyboard, vocals.
- Energetic about travel and able to stay away from home as required.
- Consistently represent the brand positively in your schools.
- Organised with excellent administrative skills.
- Highly personable, approachable and friendly.
- Confident and concise communication style.
- Positive and can‑do approach to work.
- Resilient and adaptable.
- Full‑time, salaried position.
