Location: Kingston upon Hull
TJIND is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small team and oversee day-to-day operations of a busy warehouse in Poole. The role focuses on stock accuracy, timely dispatches, and maintaining high safety standards.
You will supervise two staff, allocate workloads, ensure targets are met, and contribute to process improvements while operating a Counterbalance forklift when needed. Excellent organisational skills and a UK driving license are essential.
