Position Summary

Assist Campus Director with duties related to the Child Nutrition Program and other daily operations.

Qualifications
  • One‑year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • School office experience helpful (preferred)
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, and Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with staff, students, and parents
  • Ability to organize and correctly calculate claims for any meal program offered
Responsibilities And Duties
  • Communicate effectively with parents, students, and campus staff via email, telephone, fax, and in person in a professional manner.
  • Organize and manage the meal program to follow federal and state guidelines; prepare daily and monthly reports and send them to Central Administration.
  • Answer telephone calls to provide information, take messages, or transfer calls; assist the principal with truancy procedures.
  • Maintain a calendar of school events.
