TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Document Control Assistant in Conroe, 77303 area!
Work EnvironmentOffice
Responsibilities- Create, compile, and produce applicable documentation.
- Communicate with internal departments and vendors.
- Create hard copies and electronic copies of the applicable department documentation.
- Ship applicable documentation if necessary.
- Perform other work related tasks as required.
- Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of one year experience in document control or office related activities
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to type at least 45 wpm
- Proficient computer skills using MS Office, Word and Excel
- Excellent organization skills and the ability to use time efficiently to prioritize assignments
- Ability to work with a team and the ability to efficiently multitask
- Strong attention to detail
$19.00/hour
Schedule8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
