Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the Los Angeles overseas warehouse (3PL/fulfillment) market. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry knowledge and client network to drive business growth, acquire new customers, and build long-term partnerships with overseas warehouses, e-commerce sellers, and logistics service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s market share in Los Angeles and surrounding regions.
- Identify, approach, and build relationships with overseas warehouses, e-commerce sellers, freight forwarders, and other potential clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service quality and client success.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for product and service improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, express/courier, or 3PL/overseas warehouse industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Los Angeles overseas warehouse and fulfillment market.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Business-level proficiency in English and Mandarin since this role requires frequent communication with the team in China.
